be a bit more specific...

full model details and what kind of hard drive setup?

Have you tried a different HD (spare that can be wiped out?)

How about a new burn and/or download?

try booting using something that will let you format the disk, preferably using the ext3 linux format. after you get a fully dedicated partition, try again. i saw the same disk full message recently. the installer for some reason, when you have to attempt multiple installs after a failure, doesn't really wipe the whole drive. or, manually specify the partitioning using the standard install disk. it is apparently trying to install to a full partition. the message is probably right.

I prefer to have an Ubuntu box hanging around so I can hook discs up to it for formatting purposes. I use GPARTED.

There are other choices. Google Linux boot CD. I think there are also boot cds that give you security wipe capabilities (write zeros three times to all sectors of the drive) and formatting.

You can also download a DOS boot disk and use fdisk to delete the partitions. google "bootdisk" and there is a site that has them all. v6.22 should work.

I have a GX270 running so I know it works.
