This isn't really the fault of Incredible.
Doing a new install of incrediblepbx13-12.2 within the last week and dahdi just wasn't there. Did some digging and discovered that it had tried to download and build it, but the build failed.
IncrediblePBX13-12U.sh tries to get dahdi-linux-complete-current.tar.gz from asterisk.org, but as of 22 Dec 2015 this links to dahdi-linux-complete-2.11.0+2.11.0.tar.gz.
Great! You get the latest greatest dahdi version! Bzzt. It doesn't work.
The release 2.11.0 fails to build on Ubuntu 14.04 for several reasons (-lm flag missing, .8 files not generated in tools, missing prereq packages and more).
I started from scratch and modified IncrediblePBX13-12U.sh to get dahdi-linux-complete-2.10.2+2.10.2.tar.gz instead prior to running - works just fine. Ymmv. If I get the time (and can be bothered) I might get around to debugging the 2.11 build process more than I already have and see what's up.
Peter.
