I HAVE A DREAM Incrediblepbx on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS Xenial Xerus please

So the latest Ubuntu Long Term Support release is upon us, 16.04 supported until 2021.

Has anyone tried running the Incrediblepbx script against it yet?

I tried a quick fix up the version number and run attempt - it failed spectacularly.

Major train wreck. They've completely abandoned ODBC as we know it. That will cause all sorts of issues. There's more! Major changes in MySQL, too.

First, we add the PHP 5 PPA maintained by Ondrej Sury and update the repository data on your Ubuntu installation:

sudo apt-add-repository -y ppa:ondrej/php

Oh boy. A new legal thicket to trip everyone up. Or something happens to Ondrej Sury, and then where are we? Do we really want to go down this road??

Do you have a link to the ODBC info? Never mind. Found it in the copyrighted RasPi stuff.

I roughly edited the 14.04 script, installed the ppa before hand, looked good before libxml went missing on the asterisk 13 compile so everything broke after that point....

but yes, looks like getting past the php problem is possible

Got FreePBX13 installed on Ubuntu 16.04.3 32bit...

Currently upgrading to FreePBX14 on Ubuntu Xenial 32bit...
