OK,

Sorry to be so much bother!
My previous post (resolution issues) was erroneous, the problem seems to be that the Enchilada-upgrade.sh script calls for 13-13.3 on line 56 of Enchilada-upgrade.sh:
if [ "$version" != "13-13.3" ]; then
echo "Enchilada requires Incredible PBX 13-13.3 with GV OAuth."
exit 2
fi
Whereas the IncrediblePBX-13-13.sh as extracted from: http://incrediblepbx.com/incrediblepbx-13-13-LEAN.tar.gz is still installing 13-13.2 on line 61 of IncrediblePBX-13-13.sh:
version="13-13.2"
THX

@unsichtbarre: When you first install Incredible PBX 13-13 during Phase 2 of the install, you will be prompted whether to use OAuth 2 authentication for Google Voice. Choosing that option installs 13-13.3 (13-13.2 is plain text GV). 13-13.3 is required to install the Enchilada upgrade which only supports OAuth 2 with Google Voice trunks.

@unsichtbarre: Looks like the epel repo for CentOS 7 may be temporarily damaged so stick with CentOS 6 unless you want to wait a few days for them to repair it. Justice grinds slowly. :eek:
