FYI IncredibleFax - is it installed or not?

had a hard drive fail on us, and our backup of the install was somewhat incomplete (ie., was made before the install went fully live).

we don't know for sure if Incrediblefax WAS installed or not, and faxing is definitely not working.
Due to the blatant warning "NEVER install IncredibleFax more than once" - I don't want to crash things by trying to reinstall it if it wasn't...

I should probably note that in the GUI, it shows a custom Destination for Fax (hylafax), but I'm not sure if this is at all related or even indicative of anything???



Is there a way to figure this out? Or another recommended path for trouble-shooting?
