Micro Elastix aka uElastix, is a small pbx image for the Asiri, pico-SAM9G45, and the original Raspberry Pi, see http://www.uelastix.com/
The application itself is based on Fedora 17/18 for Arm, with a kernel revision of vmlinuz-3.5.6-1.elastixarm.fc18.armv5tel.raspberrypi
Elastix do host an arm repository, see http://repo.elastix.org/elastix/2/updates/arm/RPMS/
It is based on Elastix 2.5.0, therefore I see no reason why the Elastix 2.5 incrediblepbx script could not be coaxed into working, sadly I have yet to get this booting on my B+
