Incredible PBX 13.0.192.19 Voicemail to Email Issue

I have a new install of Incredible PBX 13.0.192.19 from the ISO. My system is up and working...except for voicemail to email. When I go to the cmd line, i can send email successfully using the mail command. When I check /var/log/maillog it does not show any emails coming from ipbx. Also in /var/log/asterisk/full I dont see any reference to emails trying to be send after the voicemail is left for an extension. I have setup the voicemail tab under my extension with my email address with no luck.
