QUESTION IDT Trunk registry every 60 seconds

I am having some issues from time to time with my sip trunking provider IDT (also known as net2phone)
they customer support wrote to me that the issue is

It appears that you are sending REGISTER requests to us once every second.

Can you change the REGISTER requests interval to once every 60 secs instead.

how do i do this on PIAF 13-13
