i implemented the bluemix transcription on my wazo 17.17 system.

the transcription works great, but the sound file that is included in the email shows up as an error and won't play - it's zero bytes, so guessing something failed somewhere in transcoding the wav to mp3.

i don't see anything alarming in mail.log.

i have a fix, but would prefer to get it working as intended. my fix restores original sendmail and uses inotify-tools to watch the directory where my voice mails show up and then simply send the wav file to the ibm bluemix service. not really useable at scale. this also generates 2 emails - 1 with the sound file and 1 with the transcription.

dos2unix and lame - both used by sendmailibm - were not installed on my wazo system. installed and problem solved.
