QUESTION How to direct dial a ring group from an extension

Just dialling the number goes directly to voicemail, not the ring group voicemail.

Yes, all members are local extensions and online. I can dial each separately with no problem.

I worked around the problem by setting up misc application to call ring group and assigned 4 digit number.

Mine works fine. Call log might help I imagine. What version etc is this I have a 13/13 working fine this way.

I've never had a system where I couldn't dial a ring group directly!
