I'm setting up a new install of PIAF on Virtualbox.

Followed this guide: http://nerdvittles.com/?p=15795

have what I think is a correctly setup install:

I have followed the guide here http://pbxinaflash.com/community/resources/incredible-pbx-google-voice-oauth.46/ (step 2b only) to get it setup.

I can set up the Google trunk per the instructions, but the status always shows as "Disconnected."

Also, I'm not sure if the GV OAUTH should show as "DN" or not on the status.

There is much discussion of a OAUTH patch, but that wasn't included in the directions, so i assume that it is now baked into the current version of PIAF?

Appreciate any help.

thanks
Matt

If you're sure it's working, change the version of your build to 13-12.3:
Code:
echo "13-12.3" > /etc/pbx/.version

Well, no, I don't think that it is working.

I did update the PBX version as you showed above, and the red "DN" does now show as a green "UP", but it didn't seem to affect anything else.

When i look in the CLI, i get a perpetual list of these

Code:

Are there are logs I can look at to see what is going on, with respect to this?

I really have no idea why this isn't working for me. I have two Google accounts that I use solely for GV. I have tried this procedure (Step 2b from the tutorial) on each of them - multiple times - and can't get it to work. (I was also careful to log out of all google accounts, and then only log into one account.)

I see that the google account is linked to "Incredible PBX Google Voice OAUTH"

and then I copy/paste the Refresh token. I double-checked that I copied all of the text, and didn't miss anything.

Regardless, i am always left with the "disconnected" notation, and the constant RES_XMPP.C error messages I posted above.

Is there anything in the google account itself that needs to be set up properly for this to work? (As I said, I use these accounts already for GV, so as far as I know they are set up correctly.)

I suppose I will try to create a whole new Google account and start from scratch and see what happens. This has really left me perplexed.

I'd appreciate any thoughts that anyone has here.

thanks
Matt

If your status display showed 13-12.2, then you obviously did NOT follow all the steps in the tutorial since that's one of them.

Well, i followed only step 2b (as I said before.)

The Nerd Vittles article that I'm following, in the "Installing Incredible PBX OVF Templates with VirtualBox" section says this:

Are you now saying that I need to follow the steps to apply the patch first?
