I have several GV accounts set up in PIAF. When the PBX has been freshly rebooted, everything works perfectly. But if I make any change and "Apply Changes", one of my GV lines stops receiving incoming calls. The calls never hit the PBX. All other GV lines continue to work.

When I reboot the PBX, everything starts working normally again.

Could you please help?

The GV addition to Asterisk was a hack, to put it charitably. It has more than its share of quirks especially when coupled with FreePBX. Have you tried restarting Asterisk from the CLI after making changes? This usually sorts things out. If not, rebooting is probably the only remaining option. Chances of obtaining further bug fixes for the Google Voice code are pretty slim.

I'm not a GV fan but when you say it doesn't hit the PBX do you know if it's getting blocked at the router? Could be a config issue. Router will often put in place temporary rules on a boot up but then they time out later.
