Ya until we see the ToS and their license agreements for all this. If google is not providing a API then they dont want users doing such things. Atleast IMHO

Google has an interesting take on public Internet access. To them, everything on the Internet is private and requires a license or published API to obtain "authorized" access... unless your initials are NSA. That, of course, conflicts with everything that brought the open Internet into being. To suggest Google is pushing the proprietary envelope while proclaiming to be open would be an understatement indeed. There are plenty of ways for Google to make something private if, indeed, they want it to be so. But suggesting that publicly available data with no clearly disclosed licensing restrictions is ipso facto private unless you've expressly been granted a mother-may-I key is a stretch that the courts thus far have not adopted. Someday the courts will sort all of this out. Until then, you pays your money and takes your chances.
