Hello everyone,
I'm having a strange error in a new installation of Incredible PBX 13-12.3 for Centos 6 on a physical server.
One month after the installation, often when logging into FreePBX first we get is a the following welcome screen error:
Welcome to Incredible PBX
Notifications:
Error: Failed to send unsigned modules notification email more..
Warning: Default Asterisk Manager Password Used more..
Notice: Signature checking is disabled more..
Fallback Welcome Page
If you're seeing this page, it means that your Dashboard module is disabled.This won't cause you any problems, but it does make your system a little harder to use.We strongly suggest that you re-enable your Dashboard module through one of the following links:
Module Admin
Online Module Upgrades
There is also a community based FreePBX Web Forum where you can post questions and search for answers for any problems you may be having.

When we press F5 (refresh), we get the normal page with icons.
I though it was relative to the freepbx signature checking, but even after disabling the signature check ( https://pbxinaflash.com/community/resources/removing-freepbx-12-module-signature-checking.47/ ) or running the gui-fix script ( https://pbxinaflash.com/community/threads/unsigned-modules.18381/ ) this strange thing still persists.
