SOLVED Fail2ban fails to start

So I am running Incredible PBX 13.0.195.28 and am having an issue with fail2ban after everything installed.

I cannot get it to start and get the error, "ERROR NOK: ('Action iptables-multiport already exists',)".

I am not a fail2ban expert and need some help figuring out what is causing this after initial install.

Nevermind. Fail2ban is running it is just an issue with the Badbots jail for apache.

Should have had more coffee this Monday morning before posting.
