I have my Incredible PBX 13-12.2 server hosted through Vultr.com, and ever since I rebooted the server yesterday none of my extensions can connect.

I can access the FreePBX control panel and I can ping my server's IP, so I don't think my IP address is being banned. I also tried temporarily stopping the fail2ban service in case it was. I've tried connecting using Zoiper on my cell phone (both on WiFi and LTE), and that doesn't work either.

Any ideas on where to look to fix this? I have tried rebooting the server again and rebooting the phone, but for some reason I can't connect any longer. It must be something simple!

could still be a port issue.

perhaps these may be of some help:

http://skypepro.co.uk/sip-pinger-tool/

the tool yielded this for me:

Code:

Send-SIPOptions.exe

Is there a NAT between your server and your phones? If so, you might try rebooting that.
