Greetings!

I installed the new (initial, yea!) release of PBX-In-A-Flash on a dedicated Linux box and was looking through the error log after several days (/var/log/asterisk/full).

I noted the following error after every reboot or "amportal restart":

loader.c
Error loading module 'format.au.so': /usr/lib/asterisk/modules/format.au.so

I'm attaching an excerpt from the log "full" showing the actual error.

Anyone else seeing this or know how to resolve it? I don't know if this is causing any problems or not, as I am a serious newbie with Linux and Asterisk. Maybe it's nothing for me to be worried about.....?

Thanks for the assist!

Tim

Hi

I've had a look at this one. I can find no reference to format_au.so in the asterisk or asterisk addons file, so maybe it is not in this release of asterisk

The module is being loaded by this line -
load => format_au.so in /etc/asterisk/modules.conf. This file is created by FrePBX.

This is probably a hangover from previous versions of asterisk, but it would be as well to check.

Can I suggest that you raise the issue on the FreePBX forum.

meanwhile, to get rid of the error, simply comment out the line as so: -

;load => format_au.so

Thanks for your reply!

I'll post this over in the FreePBX Forum as you suggest......I have one other question to post on their as well so I might as well do both posts now and get them out of the way.

I'll comment it out for now in my installation.

Take care,

Tim
