GO HERE Disconnecting call for lack of RTP activity in 301 seconds

Hello All,
I seem to be having an issue when I put someone on hold for around 5 minutes, the call gets disconnected because of the above error message ("Disconnecting call for lack of RTP activity in 301 seconds"). I found that error message in the Asterisk log. I am using a Nortel/Avaya 1165e IP phone if it matters. Everything else seems to be working as it should. Is there a fix for this issue, or at least a work around where I can extend the waiting period for disconnect to around an hour?

Great, I extended the rtpholdtimeout to 60 minutes, and that fixed my issue. Thanks a lot.

also always a good idea to put a 1 in rtpkeepalive.
