FYI Dial Pattern Wizard Broken?

I've been trying to use the dial plan wizard on the outbound route screen. It seems the XML produced from the web site is not properly parsed by the program. Is this a FreePBX problem or something on IncrediblePBX? Anyone else having this issue?

We don't mess with the individual modules of FreePBX other than removing the signature checking.
