I'm having a hard time understanding the new day night module and how to make it work.
I need to have the receptionist dial *280 to switch from the time condition from 9am-5pm that rings her phone for 15 seconds then goes to the DayIVR.
When I dial *280 it says it goes to night mode which is set to go straight to the dayIRV.
But when I test its still following the existing Time condition and ignoring the night mode destination?
Any Suggestions?
