Custom DYNAMIC_FEATURES - DYNAMIC_FEATURES => press *3 incall.....

First of all, with thanks to dicko over in freepbx.org who pointed me in the right direction,
how to get dynamic features working:-

Dial *3 during a call to run the macro incall3, and then return to the original call

;globals_custom.conf
DYNAMIC_FEATURES = incall3
 
;features_applicationmap_custom.conf
incall3=>*3,caller,Macro,incall3
 
;features_featuremap_custom.conf
incall3=*3...
