Looks like CAC finally fixed my troubled server. Been up for 3 weeks, before had to restart it every other day .

my vpn server has been up forever.

rebuilt others as centos 6 32 bit versions...

Well they do call it "Cloud at Cost" for a reason. In this case the cost being not always having reliable servers. I do admit having a one time payment for a server you can keep forever is pretty good, but I mean if that were on DO I bet you anything a one time payment would cost $500-1000 at most or higher depending.

Don't know about that service - never heard of it or used it before but Ive used both DO and Vultr and both are great for thee price.

my openvpn and dns servers are still up, running smoothly.

these are rebuilt from scratch centos and debian servers, with swapfiles not swap partitions.

Yup down in 2 different data centers. Oh well what can you expect for the price. :)

I should count myself lucky then. Just checked my instance, it's up 101 days without an issue.

I'm not checking all six, but the two I did check were 50/50.

Both are 45.62.x.x but different C subnets.

A forced rebuild would be OK (I have it down to ~ 20 minutes once the server is running). Permanently gone would be Very Bad, I need my CaC servers for my daily sanity.

dc1 users unaffected, it was everyone on dc2 and dc3 in the rackanddata colocate
