NO JOY CID 20 second delay after answering

When I call in on the GV line it answers immediately. However, there is a 20 second delay before the greeting plays. This happens on both GV trunks, but not on others. The delay is surrounding the CID superfecta (is that a real word) so i tried to disable it, bit no dice. This error started after a power outage.

Maybe hard drive got a bit of a read error on it? Unusual but would explain the delay. Run fsck?
