Choosing Incredible PBX or alternative - gotta have good Endpoint Manager

I've been running Incredible PBX 13.0.195.28 in a small business with 9 endpoints. I never could get the OSS Endpoint Manager to work, but with 9 Polycom phones, I just managed them without an Endpoint Manager.

Now I need to build a PBX for a new location with 45(ish) Polycom phones. Endpoint Manager is a must-have. I'm willing to pay for the commercial module if that would work. Which variation of FreePBX should I choose?

I am more comfortable (familiar) with Ubuntu than CentOS. Same goes for Incredible PBX 13.x
