Voicemails are working fine emailed to me in wav format but call recordings are giving me issues
When i go to the cdr reports it has the speaker and if i click it says quicktime is not installed, which it is not rather than installing it i wanted to change the format to mp3 or wave so its simpler
Although when i hover over the speaker icon it shows the file with a wav extension, but if i right click i can not download that file
