hi. can someone please explain what "missed" means in the asternic cdr reports? i obviously know ? and if its missed calls, how does it works? what determines a missed call?

If you are in a ring group, and it is "answered elsewhere" - I believe asternic still reports a "missed call" - which isn't really accurate.

so if there are significant high numbers on one ext. is that person using the auto answer feature on the soft phone?
