TIPS Can't pickup call

Been trying to solve a pickup problem - we have three ring groups defined, but ANY extension should be able to pickup ANY incoming call.

It appears that there are officially "Pickup Groups" that are definable, yet I don't see them in IPBX 13 (PBXAVF 3).

How would one configure "any from any" call pickup?

"Call Group" and "Pickup Group" are not available in IBPX, .. but incoming calls are in three ring groups. Pickup needs to happen from ANY extension as incoming calls are to the company, not an extension. Normally, the three ring groups hit all extensions in the office, but some are in other areas and to not get incoming calls. There ARE some situations where nobody picking up a phone in the main office would require that a remote extension be used.

on my asterisk 13 they are found:
applications-->extensions-->select desired extension
device options click + if not already expanded then scroll down to call groups and pickup groups
