TIPS cant get voicemails

when ever someone calls it asks them to leave a message

if they hangup or press # it is to save the message for me but its not working

if they hangup no message is saved
if they press # no options are available and no message is saved

i also notice when i go to change my voice message greeting and i press # it dose not work

im using system:
IncrediblePBX+FAX 13-12.2 for SL 6.7
Asterisk 13.5.0 | IncrediblePBX GUI 12.0.30
All System's are Solid Green.
I do have a Private and Public IP Address

i have tested email its working but not for voicemails since they are not saving!

Try creating a new extension with voicemail and see if that resolves your issue.

i notice this, when i place a call to the pbx asterisk seems to go offline and you cant touch anything in the web browser because it tills me asterisk is offline once i hangup asterisk is back on and takes about 5sec to reload on its own

is this normal i never saw it before

but i will try what you just posted

Not normal at all. Check the logs or Asterisk CLI for clues.

Ypur asterisk is crashing. Maybe a clue in /var/log/messages at that time.

i gave up on it, i think it might be the downloads it does durning startup or the image it self.

i re-imported it into viurtalbox and i only added a DID, OutBound, ext# and tested it the moment it came online and it still happen which means its an out of the box issue or all on myside from hardware and softwarew..

Good news though i did go back to https://sourceforge.net/projects/pbxinaflash/files/IncrediblePBX13-12 with Incredible PBX GUI/ and i clicked on VMware & downloaded the ZIP file and it works perfectly as of right now.

from that list i also try the ISO, i down the OVA & issues.... into Viurtalbox

but the ISO onto a server/computer works perfectly just not in VM.

so for now ill stick with the ZIP
