SOLVED Can I use this instruction with Incredible PBX 16?

Hi, I would like to use this instructions with my Incredible PBX 16. http://nerdvittles.com/?p=25999.
Can it work, because when I tried, for some reason my PBX has problem with the Asterisk Info report, it break it.Thanks with any update.

@Jack2000: A number of things are discussed in that article. Which one were you trying to use that caused the breakage?? Which platform are you running on? And which version of Incredible PBX 16??
