All was working super until after one of the updates... Unfortunately I cannot tell you which :\

Inbound routing, trunk and everything has not changed. All the calls via inbound routing that hit a ring group or an extension connect and work fine. The only problem is when the inbound route hits an IVR. The calls disconnect after 5 seconds. I've created new IVR's all with the same results

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Do you have any relevant call logs from either a live CLI trace or /var/log/asterisk/full?

I'll provide them shortly...
I decided to try the green upgrade and see if that resolves the issue. It's running now

Tnx

That looks like a time condition doing something.....not 100% sure what. Do you use time conditions?

I created a new time condition and time group.

Getting the same disconnect after 5 seconds when the inbound route is pointed to the IVR

It works fine when pointed to group ring or an extention

We're backing up the broken image and will restore a known to work image on the server

We'll see if we can get back to where we were before

The dynamic dns failed and did not update the pbx after an IP change

That's why the connectivity was dropping

Now I have to figure out why the dynamic dns didn't work

Thanks~!
