NO JOY CallerID still not working

My system is stable and does all the things I ask of it - except CallerID.

I have a OpenCNAM (and now TrueCNAM) accounts. The OpenCNAM account has a SID and Auth token. If I try a number on their website I get the correct info.

If I run a debug test within the Caller ID Superfecta (updated to current) module, I get the dreaded 402 (Payment Required) debug info.

I'm using the hobby level (I get very few incoming calls to my line), but I'm sure this is supposed to work.

Clearly I'm doing something wrong, but I can't figure out what.

Any pointers on something so seemingly simple?

So to potentially answer my own question, if I'm using the Superfecta module I DON'T put in my credentials - and my queried phone number comes back as unavilable/unknown. If I plug in my credentials it triggers the 'paid tier' which I'm not even though i have credentials.

If I use their website (OpenCNAM) the phone number returns the right result.

For now, pending an answer from the experts, I've turned on flowroute's CNAM funtion at $.0039/call and I'll hope they deliver good data. I've disabled superfecta and callerid sources modules from my inbound.

Not sure how this will work; not sure why MY phone number would be available only on the paid level.

Interesting that flowroute charges the same price as OpenCNAM - perhaps they are just reselling?
