SOLVED Caller Name is not displaying in internal and external calls

Hi Team,

I noticed with Incredible PBX, we are not getting the caller name although Caller ID is correctly being displayed on the hard phone as well as soft console. I have already enabled CID SUPERFECTA from the module but still, there is no Caller name on the calls. Is there any setting that needs to be enabled on the asterisk server to get the caller name, For Example, it should display IT Support <3353> but it displays only 3353?

which platform
which incredible, which gui
which tutorial you followed
settings you changed.

then maybe someone might know the answer??

Personally, I don't know enough info of what you are asking. Are you saying in the CDR's its not showing? How about a screenshot that might help know what you are talking about.
