TIPS call pickup

Office has two lines each person has a Grandstream 2100.
Line one rings sec 1 answers..another call cames in on her line while she is on the first call
Sec 2 cant hear the ring and cant call pickup.. Sec 1 hears the call waiting tone..

How to I make the phone ring on the set so Sec 2 will be aware a second call is coming in??

Did you setup ring groups? I assume you have it setup to ring both phones at once?

Since Sec 1 hears a Call Waiting tone, then obviously Call Waiting is set for this extension. The second call is being held for Sec 1, so Sec 2 is essentially ignored.

Disable Call Waiting, and review how you Ring Group is configured. Easy Peasy.
