I've used Axvoice for a few years and had few issues.
The problems I have had with them weren't their fault (usually the local carrier that hosts my phone # that was ported and with a telesales company that was using my caller ID on outbound sales calls).
They have a great techsupport department (3rd party)
Thier customer service sucks though. IF you have a billing or porting number issue you have to do it via e-mail.
