SOLVED attachments not always being added for VM emails

emails seem to be working but attachments not always. there are basically four extensions 701, 705, 711, and 715 that have VM. My extension, 715, gets attachments. the others do not. If I use MY email address on those other extensions, then I get attachments.

I put the office email on my extension and there was no attachment.

This is very frustrating.

I just can't get my head around this.

looks like the EMAIL VM for ext 705 was not set but were set for the others. I'm verifying things are working now and will report back

looks like it's working heard back from everyone. seems the only other thing that works intermittently is email-2-text from the pbx. If I do it manually it seems to work automatically sporadically. at least emails are working.
