Unfortunately due to prior commitments and only finding out about this event last week we will not be able to attend this year but this thread should help us and others better schedule to attend these important events.

Here's the official response I received to your question:

Tomorrow is the day to officially announce that and ask people to register to participate via the conference bridge and desktop. We might put a PIN on the bridge and the desktop has a password. We'll send that info to those who register.
