NO JOY Asterisk stopping mid day

Hello,

We've been having an issue with one of our customers where asterisk restarts during the day - seemingly randomly.

They ring up saying the phone server just dropped calls. Looking at web interface I see asterisk uptime is 1 minute. Looking in /var/log/asterisk/full I see the exact time it restarted:

But no reason given why - one second it is notifying other users of call status, the next it is re-reading configs

The only thing I can find in /var/log/messages around that time is:

May  3 15:17:20 phones asterisk[9898]: rc_avpair_new: unknown attribute 1490026597

Not sure if it is relevant.

Can't see anything else that might cause this. Any ideas on where else to look for clues, or what might cause this?
