I noticed some of my billing seemed high on Anveo, and I downloaded my CDR's to find out why.
I sorted my CDR's based upon call cost, and to my surprise, I'm finding TOLL FREE CALLS !!!!

Alcazar, they do it for free, voip.ms, and Voip Innovations . . .

Post here if you have any numbers that don't go where they're supposed to go with Alcazar. I only happened once to me but that shouldn't be possible at all and no one could explain it . . . so I just routed that number via VI.

I HAD THAT happen before and its why I didn't have them being primary for my toll-free. It was going to some sales line trying to sell things and my clients weren't happy about that. That was over a year ago, so hopefully they've got that fixed.

Ah. That sounds like an SS7 or just plain SMS800 database hack which claimed routing for toll free numbers it shouldn't have to try and scam people. In my case it was a 212 NY number not toll free that was not routed properly; it went to New York but not to where it was supposed to.
