Hi
I am having issues with my sip trunk provider and they wrote the below to me, how do i do what he is asking?

The signaling traces show that the inbound calls were sent to your gateway 75.144.17.155 but we didn’t receive any responses to our SIP INVITEs from your gateway.

Can you make sure that you have also whitelisted our 169.132.196.33 SIP proxy in your gateway?

It seems that when we send traffic to you from our 169.132.196.33 SIP proxy to your gateway, you don’t respond to our SIP INVITEs but when we send traffic to you from our 206.20.196.19 proxy, you respond to our SIP INVITEs with no issues (see 2nd screenshot below).

If you allow inbound SIP traffic from both our SIP proxy servers (169.132.196.33 and 206.20.196.19), you should not experience issues with inbound calls moving forward.

Thank you in advance for your help

sounds like your whitelist (iptables) doesn't include the 169. IP address.

SSH or putty into your PBX and type
./root/add-ip myprovider 169.132.196.33
give it access to SIP/IAX or whatever you use.

Hope this helps.
