Add Call Pickup Code to features.conf

Pls add the following to /etc/asterisk/features.conf in next patch...

pickupexten => *8


This implements Call Pickup.

Hi

The current settings for all of this are kept in features_featuremap_additional.conf which is supposed to be generated by FreePBX.

However, I cannot see anywhere in the GUI to add these settings. This may be better being posted into the FreePBX bug tracker.
