TRY THIS 3cx install failures in the Cloud

I get this error when I try to install on Digital Ocean Debian 9.3 64

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
3cxpbx : Depends: libcurl3 (< 7.52.1) but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libssl1.0.0 but it is not installable
Depends: libicu52 but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Also reported on HiFormance OpenVZ platform:

"Running wizard I am getting error message that 3cx requires kernel version 3.xx."

I'm afraid the 3CX gurus and @pbxinaflash will have to tackle these.

Please try the following and let me know if that works for you:

wget -O- http://downloads.3cx.com/downloads/3cxpbx/public.key | apt-key add -
echo "deb http://downloads.3cx.com/downloads/debian stretch main" | tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/3cxpbx.list
apt-get update
apt-get install libcurl3=7.38.0-4+deb8u5
apt-get install net-tools
apt-get install 3cxpbx

I had to give up on HiFormance due to this kernel issue. They moved me to the LA cluster which apparently has a 3.x kernel but I still ended up with the error. They refunded my money.

And yet another 3cx install (and FQDN) goes down the drain due to issues/configuration problems. Although that 4 year old IPBX just continues to tick right along...
