GO HERE 2 Server Ping Connect

im sure its already posted on this site somewhere but im not sure how to search for it so please point me into the right place but here we go

i have a VPS & a slice of Raspberry Pi 3
both are setup & ready

both can place calls

*BUT WHAT EVER SERVER places a call last becomes the HOST & starts to accept the call.

if that server that became the host turns off or crash or what ever no internet then the other server will not pickup the ping and will auto go to voicemail...

so how to i get both servers to place a call out ping or some kinda HELLO WORLD im here auto connect me to to avoid any outages & missed calls....

im not talking about syncing data but that is anything i wont mind help with
