All of a sudden, 1 of my extension's (sip) voicemail stopped working. It answers, sounds like it is taking the voice mail, but the user gets no indication, the panel gets no indication and the user cannot retrieve.
I deleted and rebuilt the extension with the same results.
All other mailboxes on the system are working fine.
Recreated the extension (i.e. #500) and voicemail would not work. Created a new extension (#410) and I was going to point call there, and found that any new extension I set up, voice mail will not record. It answers, and asks me to leave a message. I leave a message and it does not record. (there is a total of 17 extensions on the system. Running Free pBX 2.9.0.12). Seems like any new extension will not record voicemails.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
