    QUESTION Need Recommendations to Route Incoming Call to Multiple Remote Users

    Right now I'm using Incredible PBX 13.0.195.5 'Incredible PBX Server' for my Gvoice numbers and Xivo-Wazo 17.17 "Phoenix" for all of my Anveo Direct and Voip.ms numbers. Normally each users would have their own login credentials/number/etc for inbound/outbound calls. However, now I would like...

    QUESTION Replace Destination with extension instead of ring group

    Have you ever looked at the CDR reports, and you find the destination = ring group, when you know they go to the ring group, but you really care about WHO in that ring group answered that call? Anyone know how to replace the destination field of the CDR with the actual extension that answered it?
