    QUESTION Replace Destination with extension instead of ring group

    Have you ever looked at the CDR reports, and you find the destination = ring group, when you know they go to the ring group, but you really care about WHO in that ring group answered that call? Anyone know how to replace the destination field of the CDR with the actual extension that answered it?
