    NO JOY Weird DISA behaviour

    PIAF DISA... Get prompted to dial passcode, then press pound. If I dial and press pound, I hear "TRANSFER", and transfer fails. If I don't press # and wait, DISA succeeds. Huh? Any ideas appreciated. (I have ## Transfer disabled, BTW)

    QUESTION In-call features with inbound calls not working

    I have a problem where inbound calls that get forwarded back out do not work with in-call features. I want to have an inbound caller (GV) go through DISA, dial back out, and be able to disconnect (**) and get a dial tone again. I know the system is seeing the DTMF just fine until the outbound...
