TIPS Cron Jobs
Hi I am trying to get a Cron job to run everyday to restart asterisk I have set a cron job to run am portal restart every day at midnight but it fails to run on it's own, if I run the job manually it's fine... Cron is running and I can't see why it's falling... -
SOLVED Script problem in "/usr/local/sbin/reboot"
Crontab for a nightly reboot fails due to dirty bit I tried a crontab -e code below - to do a nightly reboot 0 4 * * * /usr/local/sbin/reboot Problem is that fsck is called by the /etc/init.d/reboot script; such that the fsck check fails due to the dirty bit being set and fsck fails to fix...- ostridge
