    No CDR Reports

    I am running Incredible PBX 2027-U 16.0.40.3 on CrownCloud. Since June 6, no new additions to the CDR Reports have been created. I have made and received calls since June 6. They do show up when I log onto ClearlyIP and in /var/log/asterisk/full. The date range looks OK. What is wrong?

    TIPS cdr reports

    hi. can someone please explain what "missed" means in the asternic cdr reports? i obviously know ? and if its missed calls, how does it works? what determines a missed call?
