FOOD FOR THOUGHT Asternic: No CDR Disposition - Answered Elsewhere
Trying to run reports (specifically Asternic) to try to determine who is answering calls, and who is not can be quite confusing when you are using Ring Groups. So when looking at things, the CDR has a value of either Answered, or No Answer. I really see this as an oversight, and feel there...- krzykat
