I have successfully created a working IncrediblePBX 2021. Ward mentions the problem of no audio, and recommends a VPN connection. I am however trying to use Obi 200 ATA for home phones, and these do not have VPN capability. Has anyone found a work-around for the no-audio problem? Thanks.

Today I tried to set up a second instance, and as I approach the end, there is a setting for BOOT VOLUME, which I don't recall seeing in months past. At this point, it shows an estimated cost of $2.00/Month. Are the instances now costing money, or am I doing something wrong? Thanks

I am currently using IncrediblePBX 2021, with the Public Facing settings from Ward's article. I would like to upgrade to 2027. Are there similar instructions for Public Facing on 2027, or can I use the instructions from 2021? Thanks

I have an account with one instance running fine, with Ubuntu and IncrediblePBX 2021. I would like to try 2022 with Rocky8. Do I use the arm or intel versions? I'm not sure which is compatible with the server. Thanks

I would like to try migrating a complete server setup from Vultr to Oracle. Can I create a complete disk image including custom scripts, etc on Vultr, and then restore the image on Oracle? What backup program would be best to accomplish this, if it is possible? Thanks

I have set up a phone number to route directly to a specific voicemail. From what I have read, dialing * during the greeting is supposed to access voicemail. However, when I dial *. it just restarts the greeting, Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing? Thanks.

If you are logged in as root, and then run the line shown above by dhoppy, you can then log in directly as root, and the key allows a login without having to enter the password. Very quick and easy!

You may have missed the step. I know I did. The "Protocall All" I think is the issue "In the Default Security List option, add Ingress and Egress Rules with an entry for Stateless=No, Source=0.0.0.0/0, IP Protocol=ALL, Source & Destination Port Range=ALL".

I have servers which contain additional files and accessories to the IncrediblePBX installation. Does IncredibleBackup contain an image of the entire installation, as in a complete disk image? Thanks.

it says please log in as ubuntu, and then disconnects the session. If I log in as ubuntu, and then su root, it works, but on the first instance I set up, it goes straight to the second login. I don't know what I did differently.

OK, I found the location, browsed to the file and selected it, but when I click on Open, I get a ding, with no message, and it won't save it.

OK, then if I use Putty, where do I put the key? I tried it as written, and I get an error that says something like no supported authentication methods available. Is it maybe just a path problem?
