Sipgate.co.uk provides free UK regional DIDs. These settings have been successfully used on Trixbox 1.2.3 (NV setup) and PIAF 3.6.5 (Green). (Using multiple Sipgate trunks.) Don't forget to add Inbound Routes for each Sipgate Trunk, based on Sipgate Account number.
